我另购主机，中途请求ix退款时美方的回复看不明白请版主看看他们是什么意思？
他们的回复如下：

是否说不能退款呢？ 当初不是说可以退款吗？我买了两年哦，才用了一年不到。

超过90天后他们无法退到你的支付宝帐号。
这是支付宝和他们结算时有限制，不是他们不想退。
你如果用信用卡支付，就可以退。

那怎么办？  我还有一年多的时间没用

继续用吧，在他们的服务协议中是有规定的，使用支付宝支付的时候，超过90天就不可以退款了。这主要是支付宝方面的问题，不是IX的问题。

继续用，或者退掉用余额在IX购买其他产品

他们的主机太慢  简直忍受不了  要不谁愿意折腾o

要不你再好好的和他们沟通一下，看看个能够开个例外！！
