[求助]FatCow的空间，彻底让人崩溃啦

     我是今年7月份在这里由老大代购的这个FatCow的空间，以前一直使用的是justhost空间。刚换到FatCow由于不熟悉，曾出现过一些问题，不过
都烦劳老大协助给解决啦。

10月2号，在没有任何通知的情况下FatCow暂停了我的账号，网站无法打开。发邮件询问，客服回复如下：
I was able to replicate your issue. Hence, I have asked a member of our team who specializes in technical to review your
account. You should be hearing from this specialist within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let
us know and be sure to refer to the link xxxxxxx for the quickest service.

然后在没有任何的解释和说明的情况下恢复了我的账号。这是第一次，虽然莫名其妙但总算是很快就给恢复了。

11月1日，我的账号不幸再次被FatCow暂停了，仍然是没有任何的通知。

11月01日 21:36 发邮件询问原因。

23:11 得到回复如下:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our technical specialists has noticed that the file
/7akb/index.php is creating too many requests to the server and utilizing heavy network/server resources. You can check your
stats folder and see in the access logs why there was so many hits to your website. Please take necessary action immediately.

      得到回复后，我曾在这里发帖求助，想麻烦老大看下我的网站运行日志帮我找下原因，可发帖时日志文件没能传上去。老大回复让我把日志发到
他的邮箱，可由于正赶上自己那两天工作较忙没顾上发。

      账号被停，无法登陆自己的网站，什么事也做不了，无法解决问题。我就想，先让他把我的账号恢复了，网站可以登陆了再到后台把网站先关闭
。这样既方便查找解决问题，也不会在解决问题之前出现超资源的现象。于是我在11月02日 12:15 (星期三)回复了上面的邮件。内容如下：

My Account: 7akbcom
My domain: 7akb.com
My website system has been optimized ,not appear the case of server resources overloaded,so please open it now, thank you.

一天后没有任何消息。我想是不是因为是回复的邮件，客服没有看到。于是在11月03日 18:06 (星期四)又再次给FatCow发了邮件，内容同上。

11月03日 18:41 得到回复如下:

Thank you for contacting Support.
I noticed that your issue is already escalated to our higher level. One of our specialists will check your account and contact
you as soon as possible.

至此就再没有下文啦。

无奈之下，11月05日 11:53 (星期六)我给FatCow发邮件催问，内容如下：
Hello:
       I want to know how long you will take to check my account,I have waited for 40 hours,but I still don't receive any
emails from you.Please notice me as soon as possible if my account has any problems,and I will correct it accordance with the
requirements of you.Or else please reactivate my account and open my website if my account has no problem.Thanks a lot!

可现在又是整整一天过去了，还是没有任何音讯。

从11月1日至今已经6天啦，我的网站一直无法打开，始终都是FatCow的账户暂停页面。

上面说的可能很罗嗦，我只是想吧事情的完整经过都展示给大家，让诸位给分析下，看是我沟通处理的有问题，还是FatCow的服务和客服有问题。

这么等下去，什么时候才有结果。希望老大能关注下这个事情。

你需要用你帐户上登记的email，你发的问题他们会有一个ticket id ，在邮件标题上，你发邮件时，最好是回复他们的原始邮件，不要修改邮件标题，这样处理起来会快。

另外,fatcow有livechat，如果邮件超过24小时没有回复，你可以联系livechat，准备好你的ticket id和安全问题，让他们立即看下。
